Holidays on the Baltic Sea Through the Ages

Join us

For three generations now, we have been living here at Seehof. Originally a small farm, rooms in the old farmhouse – now our guesthouse – were rented to holidaymakers as early as the 1950s. Soon, adventurous guests with tents and caravans also began asking for a spot on our meadows by the beach.

on a little journey

Since 1960, when Hille Mielenz took over the farm from her father, Seehof has officially been a campsite. We have been lucky to have such wonderful guests! Despite some stormy times – including the storm surge in the winter of 1978/79 and the subsequent dyke construction in 1980 – many of our campers from back then have remained loyal to us to this day.

into the past

What delights us even more is that their children and grandchildren now visit with their own caravans. Much has changed over the years, but one thing remains the same: this is a very special piece of land, and we warmly welcome you to Seehof just as we did back then.
